I have been struggling with physical health issues since I was sixteen years old. The very worst problems started in May 2006 and lasted until May 2022. Functioning at 10% on a good day was the norm! I was dependent on my husband, my two daughters and my mother for almost everything! Finally, with help from many amazing doctors in Kansas City and the MAYO Clinic, multiple medical mysteries which had alluded us in the past were diagnosed and my family and I received information on treatments.   

Although many aspects of my life were much improved after that, I was still only functioning at 40% to 50% and dealing with brain fog, low energy, poor sleep, severe muscle cramps, pain, inflammation, low blood pressure, increased heart rate and gut imbalance.

In September 2023, I began drinking Prüvit's OS//NAT bio-available ketones every morning on an empty stomach.  I truly didn't expect to experience any improvement in my life...but I did!  I even wondered if it was a placebo effect; that my desire for progress had somehow 'magically' resulted in more energy, clarity of mind and less deep aching soreness in my muscles!
